Store Use & Accounts

Provide accurate information, use the store lawfully and keep any account credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material. An account is not required where guest checkout is available.

Product Information & Imagery

Descriptions explain the visible design and intended role of beauty tools. Main images are AI-generated concept visualizations, with disclosures on listings; background props are not included. Unverified materials, dimensions, certifications or performance outcomes are not promised. Contact us before ordering if an unstated detail is essential. This disclosure does not remove rights relating to misleading descriptions or nonconforming goods.

Prices, Payments & Orders

Prices are in USD. Shipping, discounts and taxes are shown as applicable at checkout. Use an available payment method and accurate billing information. Order receipt or payment confirmation does not mean the order has shipped. If an item is unavailable or a material price or listing error is discovered, we will explain the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund rather than substituting without agreement.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Request changes promptly by email before dispatch. A request is not confirmed until we reply. After shipment, changes may be unavailable and the Return Policy applies where eligible. We may refuse unlawful, fraudulent or unsupported orders consistently with applicable law.

Shipping & Returns

The Shipping Policy and Return Policy form part of the shopping information. Processing is 5–10 business days; standard transit is an additional estimated 10–15 business days. These periods add up. Return requests are accepted within 30 days of receipt under the voluntary policy, while statutory rights may provide additional remedies.

Safe & Appropriate Use

Follow supplied instructions, inspect tools and use gentle pressure. Avoid damaged tools, irritation and inappropriate use near the eyes. Do not infer medical treatment, sterilisation, certification or guaranteed cosmetic results from our educational content. Stop use if discomfort occurs.

Intellectual Property & Third Parties

Store content and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not copy or misuse protected material beyond legally permitted use. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices; linking does not imply a guarantee of their content or availability.

Privacy & Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal information. Use the Privacy Choices page for request channels. Necessary order messages are separate from optional marketing. Do not send passwords, card credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information through general support.

Responsibility & Non-Waivable Rights

We do not exclude liability or remedies where exclusion is prohibited by law, including applicable rights for defective, unsafe or misdescribed goods. Any limitation permitted by law is interpreted only to the extent lawful and proportionate. Nothing requires you to waive a mandatory consumer protection or a legally required remedy.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Subject to those protections and any mandatory rules about forum, disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction at the company’s location in Shanghai. Contact us first if you wish to seek an informal resolution; this is not a barrier to legal remedies.

Changes & Contact
