Order Changes & Cancellations

Requesting a Change

Email service@yootruaps.com with your order number, checkout email and the exact correction needed. Avoid sending full payment-card details. A message or automatic acknowledgement does not confirm that a change has been made.

Before Dispatch

We will check whether the address, item or cancellation can still be updated before the parcel is handed to the carrier. Do not assume that the processing estimate guarantees a change window: order preparation may already be underway. We confirm the outcome by reply.

After Dispatch

A dispatched parcel may not be reroutable. Carrier options and costs depend on the shipment and must be agreed where applicable. If cancellation is no longer possible, request a return after receipt under our Return Policy, without prejudice to any mandatory rights.

Payment and Refunds

If a cancellation is accepted, we arrange the applicable refund through the original payment method. Bank or provider posting times are separate. If a change affects the order amount, we explain the adjustment rather than requesting card details through email.

Unavailable or Incorrectly Described Items

If we cannot fulfil an order or discover a material listing or price error, we will contact you with an explanation and the proposed resolution, including cancellation and refund where appropriate. We do not substitute a different product without agreement.
